Biography
Carlos Roberto Queiroz Tomé Junior é Secretário Nacional de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Metropolitano do Ministério das Cidades desde 2023. É mestrando em Políticas Públicas e Gestão Governamental pelo IDP, com especializações em Direito Administrativo (Mackenzie), Licitações (FGV) e Direito Processual Civil (PUC-SP). Foi Secretário Municipal de Habitação de São Paulo (2020-2023), liderando programas de urbanização, regularização fundiária e PPPs. Atuou como sócio-diretor em escritório de advocacia até 2023.
