Biography

Vice-Presidente e Conselheira Jurídica da Prologis no Brasil, onde lidera as áreas jurídica e de compliance. Desde 2019, tem atuado em transações estratégicas que contribuíram para dobrar a carteira de ativos da empresa no país. Também implementou políticas de compliance que hoje servem de modelo para outras regiões. Em 2024, passou a liderar a estruturação jurídica da nova frente de geração de energia solar da Prologis. Antes, foi gerente jurídica na Goodman e advogada no J.P. Morgan, com foco em direito imobiliário e mercado de capitais. É bacharel (2007) e mestre (2014) em Direito pela Faculdade de Direito da USP, considerada a melhor universidade do Brasil segundo o ranking QS.
