Biography

Caio é Diretor de Desenvolvimento e Gestão Imobiliária na Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers S.A., e possui mais de 18 anos de experiência no mercado imobiliário sendo responsável por Novos Projetos (Greenfields), Expansões, M&A e Desenvolvimento Imobiliário no entorno dos Shoppings.
Antes da Iguatemi, Caio foi responsável por Novos Negócios e Incorporação na Benx – Grupo Bueno Netto, WTorre Properties, Gafisa, Wal Mart dentro outras empresas perfazendo um portifólio de mais R$ 2.0 bi em Desenvolvimento e Lançamentos de Projetos Imobiliários. Caio é Engenheiro Civil formado pela Fundação Armando Álvares, possui pós-graduação em Bussiness Administration pela Universidade da Califórnia San Diego e MBA em Gestão Empresarial pela USP
