• 18 years of experience in large financial (Banco do Brasil), digital (Google; Silo Digital Intelligence; Jogajá), insurtech (Minuto Seguros) and real state (Partage) companies; • Structured and managed companies' digital transformation and innovation, from hiring and developing teams, through suppliers; • Co-founded and acted as CEO of a digital intelligence agency for 6 years, directly responsible for P&L, strategic planning, hiring and developing people until sold it to a holding (ECI Group); • Has been using innovation and digital marketing techniques, in order to create and increase brand awareness and sales for large companies in Brazil and abroad (AOC, Banco24Horas, Syngenta, Tokio Marine Insurance Company, Partage, JogaJá etc.).
