Bruno Ackermann is a Sócio Diretor and Head of Industrial at Cy Capital, a leading real estate fund manager in Brazil focused on logistics and credit investments. As a founding partner, he is instrumental in the firm's strategy, which includes managing R$3 billion in assets. Mr. Ackermann spearheads the development of logistics warehouses, overseeing projects from land acquisition to construction, leasing, and sale. His extensive expertise in the real estate sector, honed through previous roles at Cyrela, Syn, Barzel, and Brookfield, has been vital in launching significant logistics funds, including a recent R$833 million capital raise for a new fund to develop high-standard properties across key Brazilian regions.
