As General Manager Brazil at The Estée Lauder Companies, I lead the prestige beauty market with iconic brands like MAC, Too Faced, Jo Malone, and Tom Ford. With 20+ years in cosmetics and consumer goods, I focus on growth, sustainability, and digital transformation. I previously served as COO at Espaçolaser, led its IPO, and held leadership roles at L’Oréal, L’Occitane, and Natura. I'm also a YPO member, mentor, author, and speaker.
