Biography

Adam Milgrom is a Senior Associate at Trench Rossi Watanabe (in association with Baker McKenzie) in Brazil, specializing in Public and Regulatory Law, with a focus on projects. He advises on significant deals in the power, gas, transportation, water, and basic sanitation sectors, and handles joint ventures, privatizations, and public-private partnerships. Mr. Milgrom coordinates due diligences and specializes in power regulations, assisting with drafting and negotiating industry contracts like PPAs, EPCs, and O&Ms. He graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and specialized in Corporate Law from INSPER. Adam was recognized as a "Rising Star Associate of the Year" in the Energy Regulatory category at The Legal 500 Brazil Awards 2023.
