Biography

Abrão Muszkat is the Diretor-Presidente (CEO) and founder of You Inc Incorporadora, a leading Brazilian real estate developer. With over 45 years of experience, he founded You Inc in 2009, pioneering smart and compact apartment concepts in São Paulo. Muszkat's extensive career includes co-founding Even Construtora e Incorporadora and establishing ABC Construtora. He is recognized for edificating over 5 million m² and 500 projects, being a precursor in real estate capital opening in Brazil. He received the Top Imobiliário award in 2016. Under his leadership, You Inc has launched over 90 projects with R$10 billion in VGV, demonstrating a commitment to innovation and strategic urban development.
