Arn Willems
Biography
Arn Willems serves as Head at GTC - Poland. He brings extensive experience in commercial real estate across Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe. Previously, he was a Managing Director with Globe Trade Centre SA (GTC) from 2011, overseeing activities in Croatia and new retail developments in Serbia. During his tenure, he managed a portfolio valued over EUR 250 million, including Croatia's first LEED Platinum certified office park. Willems is also a founding and board member of the Croatian Green Building Council and holds an MBA from the IEDC School of Management in Bled, Slovenia.
