Zoe Shou
Biography
Zoe Shou serves as Group General Counsel at ESR Asia Pacific, one of the largest APAC-focused logistics real estate platforms. Based in Singapore, she oversees legal affairs across ESR's regional operations spanning multiple markets including China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia. With extensive expertise in real estate law, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions, Shou plays a pivotal role in ESR's strategic initiatives and expansion across the Asia-Pacific region. She brings significant experience in complex commercial real estate matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal frameworks within the rapidly evolving logistics and industrial property sector.
