Sunny Yip
Biography
Mr. Yip Chun Kwok (葉振國先生), is the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Yip has joined the Group since 2008. He is responsible for overall operations management and property related investments. He also holds other directorships in the Company’s subsidiaries. Mr. Yip graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1996. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants, an associate of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a CFA charter holder of the CFA Institute.

Rykadan Capital Limited (Rykadan) is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. Rykadan will target high-potential, moderately priced projects worldwide, with a view to improve asset values by leveraging on the knowledge and experience of its team and partners. These investments will then be realised to maximise returns for shareholders. It invests in a growing number of high-potential projects in Great China region, United Kingdom and the United States of America.
