Shin Hui Tan

Shin Hui Tan is the Executive Director of Park Hotel Group, where she oversees the organization's commercial and brand strategy. Joining PHG in 2009 after four years in finance and private equity, she drives commercial excellence across sales, revenue management, marketing communications, and digital infrastructure. Her responsibilities include optimizing hotel performance through effective pricing, inventory, segmentation, and distribution strategies, as well as developing PHG's brand portfolio and the Park Rewards loyalty program. Shin Hui is also a key member of the Investment Committee for M&A and asset enhancement strategies. She is recognized for her focus on environmental and community issues, actively promoting a "People, Planet, and Profit" triple bottom line for the group. She has also served as Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Singapore Women's Leadership Initiative Steering Committee.
