Roland Kyle

Roland Kyle is the Managing Director in Singapore at EXS Capital, where he co-leads Fund Management for the Group's MAS-licensed entity. He brings over 23 years of real estate investment advisory and management experience across the US, Europe, and Asia. Prior to EXS Capital, Mr. Kyle spent over 10 years as a Senior Principal at AEPim in Singapore, where he was involved in the financing and oversight of Securus Data Property Fund, whose assets significantly contributed to the listing of Keppel DC REIT in 2014. He also served as a Director at Citigroup in New York, originating and funding over US$1.1 billion in commercial real estate loans. Roland holds a B.Sc. in Surveying from Trinity College Dublin and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
