Noel Merainer
Biography
Noel Merainer serves as Vice President, Development at Rosewood Hotel Group, based in Hong Kong. He leads the strategic expansion of the group's brand portfolio across Asia Pacific, including Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, New World Hotels & Resorts, penta hotels, and KHOS. Since joining in 2018, he has notably grown the group's presence in markets such as Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, and Maldives. With over 17 years of hospitality industry expertise, Merainer previously spent eight years at Marriott International, where he was Vice President, Development Planning and Feasibility for Asia Pacific. His experience also encompasses leadership roles at Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and operational positions with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. He is a graduate of Cornell University.
