Nikhil Manchharam is the Managing Director, Development Asia at YOTEL, based in Singapore, where he leads the strategic expansion of the company's portfolio across Asia and the Pacific region. With over 25 years of global experience in the hospitality industry, he is an expert in strategic development, investment, and asset management. Prior to joining YOTEL, Manchharam held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where he was instrumental in expanding their presence across Asia Pacific, India, and South Asia. His expertise encompasses business strategy, competitive analysis, and hospitality real estate investments. Manchharam holds an MBA specializing in Hospitality Management from IMHI (Cornell-ESSEC). He is a key driver of YOTEL's growth, known for his strategic vision and innovative approach to hospitality.
