Nick Loup
Biography
Nick Loup serves as Group Vice Chairman and CEO of Chelsfield, bringing over 39 years of real estate investment experience, with 28 years dedicated to Asia. He joined Chelsfield in 2015 to lead its expansion in the region. Prior to Chelsfield, he was the founder and CEO of Grosvenor Asia Pacific for over two decades, establishing its operations in Asia Pacific in 1994. Loup also founded the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV) in 2009, serving as Chairman for 12 years to enhance transparency in the Asia-Pacific property markets. He played a key role in launching Chelsfield Asia Fund 1. His expertise spans real estate investment, development, and asset management across key Asian markets.
