His expertise encompasses capital raising, investor relations, and structuring real estate investment strategies. Murphy has a strong record in sourcing, analyzing, and recommending investment opportunities across international markets, including the UK, US, Canada, Japan, and Australia. He has also led and executed large-scale residential development projects. Murphy holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
