Biography

Based in Singapore since 2009, Luca is responsible for all fundraising activities and strategic planning of the firm. Before co-founding NOON Capital, Luca was Investment Manager at Valeur, a multi-billion asset manager specialized in structured credit. Luca holds a master's degree in industrial engineering, an MBA from INSEAD, and he is a CFA charterholder.
