Lisa Gainsley

Lisa Gainsley is an Assistant General Manager at Swire Properties Limited in Hong Kong, focusing on asset management activities. Since joining in 2016, she has been instrumental in the US$2.0bn redevelopment and repositioning of Taikoo Place. She also led financing activities for future Miami developments during a secondment to Swire Properties U.S.A.. Gainsley’s contributions include the repositioning of Blueprint and marketing of One Taikoo Place. She is involved with the company's Placemaking Steering Committee and Sustainable Development 2030 Strategy. Prior to Swire Properties, she spent seven years in commercial real estate debt originations and distressed debt acquisitions at Starwood Capital Group and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.. She earned her B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University.
