Kevin So
Biography
Mr. So has broad international experiences in the investment, management, and development of retail, residential and mixed use development. His role in Parkland Investment, a private investment firm based in Hong Kong, is to invest and asset manage real estate investments in major gateway cities such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and London. Prior to Parkland, Mr. So served as Vice President and Managing Director of Toll Brothers, and Senior Director with Simon Property Group in Asia. Mr. So holds a B.Arch degree from Tsinghua University in Beijing, and an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Business. He is a licenced architect in the US, a director of Tsinghua Real Estate Council, and a member of the ULI.

Parkland Investment Group
Headquartered in Shenzhen, Parkland Group was founded by Mr. Hang Xu in 2001. Mr. Xu is co-founder and chairman of Mindray, the largest Chinese medical equipment company which was listed on NYSE from 2006 to 2016. Parkland is involved in private equity investment and real estate development in China as well as international locations.
