Kevin Lee
Biography
Kevin Lee is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate, Asia, at Starwood Capital Group, based in Japan. He is responsible for the firm's real estate investments and asset management across Asia, and is a member of Starwood's Investment Committee. Prior to rejoining Starwood Capital in 2019, Mr. Lee served as a Managing Director at Lone Star Funds, where he led Pan Asia commercial real estate origination, significantly building their China NPL platform. His extensive experience also includes serving as a Portfolio Manager for the Real Estate Department of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. Mr. Lee began his real estate career at Starwood Capital, working on the Asset Management team. He holds a B.A. in Business Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
