Kelvin Chan
Biography
Kelvin Chan served as an Associate at Partners Group, focusing on pan-Asia real estate investments with specializations in the Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan markets. He possesses over a decade of experience across valuation, banking, private equity, and REITs, having transacted more than USD 2 billion in real estate. Notable transactions include the acquisition of Tama Centre in Western Tokyo and the PropCo plus OpCo deal with Storefriendly for self-storage in Singapore. Mr. Chan is a CFA charterholder since 2017 and holds a First Class BSc from LSE and an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge University.
