Gilles Chow

Gilles Chow is the Managing Director, Head of Real Estate Asia Pacific at CPP Investments, based in Hong Kong. He assumed this role on April 1, after previously serving as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate North Asia. With over two decades of extensive experience, Chow focuses on Asia-Pacific markets, including North Asia and Southeast Asia, driving business development, transactions, and investment relationships. He has led key early investments for CPP Investments in the region and played a pivotal role in establishing their presence in markets such as South Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong. His background spans development, construction management, asset management, private equity, and fund management, with prior investment roles at Lendlease, MGPA, and Aviva Investors.
