Gilbert Tsang
Biography
Gilbert Tsang is an Executive Director at Gammon Construction Limited, a leading construction company in Hong Kong. He is instrumental in driving the company's commitment to advancing the construction industry, addressing challenges such as labor shortages, digitalization, and the adoption of innovative methods like Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA). Mr. Tsang is actively involved in initiatives that nurture industry talent, including a partnership with the Vocational Training Council (VTC) to develop a Professional Diploma in MiC. His leadership also encompasses Gammon's sustainability efforts and "Zero Harm" safety strategy.
