Eric Solberg

Eric Solberg is the Chairman and CEO of EXS Capital, a Singapore-based investment firm he founded in 2007. He leads the company's overall strategy and fund management, specializing in private equity real estate across Asia. With over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investment banker, and institutional investor in Asian private equity and real estate, Solberg has a distinguished track record. Prior to EXS Capital, he was Partner and Head of Japan for CVCI Asia (Citigroup's private equity group) and founded Strategic Capital Group, which advised on the US$800 million sale of Harbin Brewery. He also held leadership positions at Peregrine Capital and began his career at Wasserstein Perella & Co. Educated at Harvard, Princeton, and Stanford Business School, he is known for his disciplined, contrarian approach, leading EXS Capital to over US$1 billion in successful investments across Asia.
