Emmanuel Farcis
Biography
Emmanuel is the Head of Asset Management (Hong Kong) for Link REIT, overseeing a portfolio of office, retail, fresh market and carpark assets in Hong Kong, Australia and the United Kingdom. He is also involved in asset acquisitions and disposals and heads the planning and development of the company’s asset enhancement strategy. Emmanuel joined Link over 10 years ago and has been calling Hong Kong home for the past 20 years, with occasional residency in China, Taiwan and in the UK. Prior to joining Link, Emmanuel was involved on the development and operations of AsiaWorld-Expo and on retail and commercial developments at Dragages Hong Kong. Emmanuel holds an MBA from Cambridge University. He is a councillor of the French Chamber of Commerce.
