Biography
AsheMorgan focuses on direct investment in a concentrated range of real estate asset classes. Our focus is specifically on commercial and mixed-use assets in metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, investing in quality real estate with value-add opportunities. We currently have a A$4.0 billion investment and development pipeline and have completed A$10.0 billion in transactions, as a manager and co-investor with our partners. I joined AsheMorgan in mid-2020, bringing over 15 years’ experience in direct real estate investment, asset and funds management and financing in Australia and across Asia.
