Douglas Wu

Douglas Wu is an Executive Director at Fairland Holdings Ltd., a Hong Kong-based private real estate development company. With a background in real estate investment and architecture, he specializes in value-add projects, focusing on refurbishing and repositioning commercial properties in Hong Kong. Wu earned a Master of Architecture from Harvard University. His contributions at Fairland include the refurbishment of Fairview Park Town Centre and developing the 'Spark City' series of lifestyle buildings.
