Don Tan

Mr. Tan joined KaiLong in 2014. As executive director of Fund Management, Mr. Tan is primarily responsible in the management of KaiLong’s offshore funds. Mr. Tan is also the key person in launching and managing KaiLong’s business in London. He has over ten years of experience within the Real Estate Fund Management industry. Prior to joining KaiLong, Mr. Tan was a Manager with Ascendas China for 4 years focusing on Fund Management, Investment and Asset Management. During his time in Ascendas China, Mr. Tan was directly involved in real estate transactions of over RMB 6.8 billion. Mr. Tan started his career in 2007 as an executive in Asset Management at Allco REIT, a listed REIT in Singapore (subsequently renamed as Frasers Commercial Trust).
