Connie is a member of BlackRock's Asian Real Estate team and is responsible for the real estate investment activities in China. Connie's service with the firm dates back to 200, including her years with MGPA, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2013. During her tenure with the company, she was responsible for a wide range of real estate-related functions including acquisition, asset management, and dispositions. Prior to joining MGPA, she headed up the investment department for JLL Shanghai for 4 years and worked at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund for 2 years. She has seventeen years of experience in the real estate industry.
