Biography

Ms Chan has over 20 years of experience in real estate and related fund management industry. Prior to Link, Ms Chan has various roles in Harvest Capital Partners, ARA Asset Management (Prosperity) and Hutchison Whampoa Properties. Ms Chan has extensive experience in direct asset investment, debt and equity investment and financing, asset management, REIT and private equity fund set up and management in the Greater China Region. Ms Chan holds a BSc from The University of Hong Kong and a MSc in Global Finance jointly conferred by the New York University Stern School of Business and the HKUST Business School. She is a qualified General Practice Surveyor and a member of HKIS and RICS.
