Aaron Knight is Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Debt, Equity and Structured Finance for EMEA Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in London. He advises and sources debt and equity capital solutions on behalf of institutional clients across Western Europe, spanning core asset classes—including build-to-rent, purpose-built student accommodation, logistics, office, and retail—as well as alternative sectors such as life sciences, self-storage, and data centres.
