Brad Hyler is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Property Group, responsible for originating and executing European real estate investments. Mr. Hyler joined Brookfield in 2011 in New York and relocated to London in 2015.  Since joining, he has been heavily involved in a number of significant M&A transactions including the acquisitions of Verde, IDI, Gazeley and Rose.  He has also been instrumental in the creation of BSREP’s logistics and UK student housing operating platforms and overseeing significant growth of both portfolios.  Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Hyler held various positions at O’Connor Capital Partners and Jones Lang Lasalle. Mr. Hyler holds a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Cherine Aboulzelof is Managing Partner & Global Co-Head for BGO Strategic Capital Partners ("BGO SCP") and sits on its global investment committee. BGO SCP provides strategic capital by way of asset and portfolio recapitalisations, structured transactions, co investments trhrough its discretionary co-mingled vehicles, and fund investments for managed accounts. Prior to joining BGO SCP platform in 2017, she has been responsible for Europe investments with two different real estate investment managers, investing across a number of real estate sectors in Europe between 2005 and 2017. She started her career in investment banking with Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley. She holds an M.B.A from INSEAD and a graduate degree from EM Lyon. She is a French, British and Lebanese citizen. Cherine serves as a Non Executive Director on the board Urban Logistics REIT.

Christina Forrest is the Managing Director, Real Estate, Europe at La Caisse, where she leads investment strategies, transactions, and portfolio management for the European continent. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the European real estate sector, Christina previously held leadership positions at CBRE Investment Management, Pradera, and Resolution Property, focusing on fund management, transaction execution, and asset disposals across various European markets. She began her career at Cushman & Wakefield and holds a Master's Degree in Business and Economics from Maastricht University.

Guilain Decrop serves as Co-head of Europe at Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), the investment management arm of Norway's sovereign wealth fund. In this role, he oversees the fund's investment activities and strategic initiatives across Continental European markets. NBIM manages the Government Pension Fund Global, one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds. Decrop brings extensive experience in investment management and European capital markets to his position, contributing to NBIM's mission of generating long-term returns while maintaining responsible investment practices across diverse asset classes and geographic regions.

Josh Cleveland is a Partner at StepStone Group and is Head of EMEA for the real estate team. He is also involved in various investment and portfolio management activities. Prior to joining StepStone in 2014, Josh was a Partner at Clairvue Capital Partners, a real estate investment manager that integrated with StepStone to establish StepStone Real Estate. At Clairvue, Josh focused on originating and executing investments in the US and Europe. Before Clairvue, he was a Director at Liquid Realty Partners, an investment manager focused on real estate private equity secondaries. He has also served as a Vice President at Capital Dynamics, a Swiss-based private equity manager, and worked in the debt capital markets divisions of Credit Suisse First Boston and Bank of America. He holds a BA from the University of South Carolina.

Justin Hildebrandt serves as Executive Managing Director, Head of Europe, for Affinius Capital, where he is responsible for overseeing all European operations and investments, including fund management, joint venture relationships, acquisitions, developments, and dispositions. Justin sits on the Board and is actively involved in the pan-European logistics joint venture, Mountpark Logistics EU Sarl, and its majority ownership of the Mountpark Logistics development company for which he is also CEO. In addition to the logistics businesses, Justin leads the firm's growing investment activities in Europe in purpose-built rental housing, data centers, and credit.

Khadija Benzit is Director of Real Estate at Mubadala Investment Company, where she leads the firm’s global real estate business across North America, Europe, and Asia. In this role, she is responsible for defining the real estate investment strategy, directing capital allocation across markets and sectors, overseeing asset management and performance across a globally diversified portfolio spanning equity, credit, and structured investments. Krysto Nikolic is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Real Estate at ICG. He is a member of ICG’s Management Committee. Prior to joining ICG, he was Head of European Real Estate at Starwood Capital Group, where he served on its Global Investment and Operating Committees. Previously, Krysto was a Partner at TPG and started his career at Goldman Sachs International. Krysto has led over $14 billion of real estate acquisitions and served on the Board of Directors of multiple portfolio companies and real estate platforms. He holds an MA from Cambridge University.

Ms. Massague is a member of the real estate team. Prior to StepStone, Ms. Massague worked with the real estate finance fund at GAM International where she was responsible for the conception, structure and execution of real estate investments across the UK and Europe. Before that she was a vice president of real estate debt advisory at the Blackstone Group. Ms. Massague received a MBA in real estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and dual BS degrees in architecture and management from MIT.

Lorcain Egan serves as Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Real Estate Private Credit at Starwood Capital Group. In this role, Mr. Egan oversees Starwood’s commercial real estate debt investment activities. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has played a key role expanding the firm’s global lending footprint. Mr Egan previously worked in the Capital Markets team, where he arranged financing for equity investments in Europe and Asia. He is a member of Starwood Capital’s Investment Committee and Starwood Property Trust’s Investment Committee (NYSE: STWD). Prior to joining Starwood, Mr. Egan was a Vice President at Barclays Bank in London, where he specialized in real estate lending. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Barclays and Allied Irish Bank, working across a range of asset-based lending and corporate finance areas. Mr. Egan holds a degree in Law and Economics from the University of Ulster.

Mark Allnutt is an Executive Director and leads our vertically integrated platform in Europe, overseeing investment, development, and operations in seven markets. He works closely with our in-country leaders in Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Netherlands, and the UK to deliver a superior product for consumers and drive returns for investors. Since 2013, we have grown exponentially, delivering purpose-designed and thoughtfully amenitised buildings at scale for multifamily, young professional, and student housing.

Dr. Michael Abel is a private equity investor with over 20 years of experience, specialised in buying and building leading real estate companies across asset classes in Europe. He is the Founder, CEO & CIO of GREYKITE, an independent investment firm established 2023 in London. He oversees GREYKITE’s strategy, capital formation, and investment business, and serves as Chairman of the Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to founding GREYKITE, Michael was an Equity Partner at TPG, a leading global investment firm with $306 billion of assets under management. During his decade at TPG, he helped establish TPG Real Estate’s efforts in Europe and was a member of TPG Europe’s Executive Committee and TPG Real Estate’s Investment Committee. He has served as Chairman of several portfolio companies across multiple sectors and is the Founder & Chairman of the Skyluna Foundation. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences, speaks 5 languages and serves as Adjunct Professor at ESCP Business School.

Michael Swank is a Senior Managing Director in the Real Estate Group based in London, where he is involved in Blackstone’s real estate acquisitions across continental Europe. Since joining Blackstone in 2010, Mr. Swank has been involved in a number of Blackstone’s investments in Europe and the U.S., including Dream Global, Hembla (D. Carnegie), Obligo, Sponda, Hilton Worldwide, and Gecina. Mr. Swank graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School.

Mr. Bashir joined the firm in 2020 and is Chief Executive Officer of Europe. In this role Mr. Bashir leads the expansion of Harrison Street’s European strategies and he is also responsible for overseeing and growing the firm’s team of professionals across the U.K. and Europe. Mr. Bashir brings over 20 years of experience in private equity real estate, operations and corporate finance to Harrison Street. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Bashir was most recently President and Chief Operating Officer at Round Hill Capital, a real estate investment and asset management firm with a global footprint. While at Round Hill Capital, he managed a business with an $8+ billion portfolio as well as a team of 260 people across 15 offices.

Thomas Jackson is the Managing Director and Head of Real Estate for the United Kingdom & Europe at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), a role he assumed in July 2023. Based in London, he oversees CPPIB's real estate investments and leads the investment team across Europe and the UK. Since joining CPPIB in 2011, Jackson has been instrumental in building the European and UK real estate portfolio through joint ventures and platform investments, expanding into new sectors such as student housing, life sciences, and Built-to-Rent. His extensive experience includes leadership roles at Macquarie Capital, Jones Lang LaSalle, and BNP Paribas Real Estate. He earned a Master's degree from London South Bank University.

As Region Head, Ms. Stroh is responsible for GIC’s real estate equity and debt investment activities across Europe. These real estate assets span multiple property sectors, including traditional office, retail, residential, industrial, hospitality, and newer economic sectors. Ms. Stroh is a voting member of GIC RE’s Global Investment Committee, an active member of the firm’s sustainability committee, and a leader in the Women in GIC Taskforce.

Oliver Vines serves as the Senior Director of Real Estate Europe at PSP Investments, one of Canada's largest pension investment managers. In this role, he contributes to managing a diversified global portfolio with a significant focus on real estate investments across Europe. PSP Investments' real estate strategy involves establishing joint ventures with leading partners and investing across various property sectors.
