Working in new models of real estate anchoring, he works at the intersection of the real estate market and the entertainment industry, developing communities, brand clubs, and private clubs across the country. Member of IAAPA's (The Global Association for the Attractions Industry) Latin American and Caribbean Sustainability Committee and of CMAA (Club Management Association of America), he brings 18 years of experience in the hospitality and real estate development industries. Before Archipelago, Lucas served as Superintendent at ADIT Brasil, where he helped strengthen the real estate, tourism, and urban development markets by connecting and empowering key industry players. At GRI Institute, he led the Real Estate operations in Brazil acting as a bridge between developers, international capital market and institutional investors.
