With a solid career in the financial-real estate investment sector, Adriano Mantesso joins Tivio Capital as the head of the Real Estate vertical in 2024. Previously, he dedicated seven years at Ivanhoé Cambridge (CDPQ), one of the largest institutional Real Estate investors in the world, where he led the portfolio and operations in Latin America. Before that, he spent over 12 years managing Real Estate Investment Funds (REITs) at renowned institutions such as Brazilian Capital and BTG Pactual, playing a key role in the development of the REIT and CRI industries in Brazil. Adriano holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a degree in administration from the Escola de Adminstracao Maua.

Wes Fuller is the Chief Investment Officer and leads the company’s Investment Management business, including Fund Management, Portfolio and Asset Management, the Investor Relations and Client Services teams, and Investment Research & Strategy. Under Wes’ leadership, the Office of the CIO is responsible for managing our key strategic relationships and growing Greystar-managed capital to fund deals across all of our business lines. Wes also maintains management oversight of the company’s Investment Management business, which focuses on investments in rental housing in the United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and South America regions through a series of investment vehicles with institutional clients.
