Jorge Sena Ponce is a Partner and Head of Commercial at Knight Frank, focusing in particular on investment and development for the subsequent operation of a housing platform for students and apartments with services. His professional development was initially linked to the Consultancy (Director of Valuations and Strategic Consultancy in JLL), valuing the corporate property portfolios and advising on the construction of new Urban Regeneration plants and projects, such as Bilba-Abandoibarra and the Port of Santander. He was co-founder of Elitia Asesores Inmobiliarios. He is a member of RICS and professor in IE both in the RICS program and in the Master in Real Estate Development (MRED).

Juan Gómez Vega is the Managing Director, Head of Southern Europe at DFI LLP (Deutsche Finance International). Joining DFI in 2020, he is instrumental in expanding the firm's real estate investment and asset management activities across Southern Europe, overseeing a portfolio of approximately €3 billion in assets. With over 15 years of experience in real estate investment and debt management across Europe, the US, and South America, Juan previously held key roles as Chief Capital Markets and Investor Relations Officer at Neinor Homes and CEO of Vilamoura World. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.
