Carolina has solid experience in corporate finance with passages in several banks and multinationals such as Alcoa, Citibank and Braskem, and made her debut in the real estate market in 2006. From 2007 to 2011 she participated in the IPO movement of the industry as VP of strategic planning and Investor Relations of both Rossi and Brookfield. Carolina joined Brasil Plural in 2011 as a IB partner responsible for the Real Estate area at the bank. Currently, is founding partner of Antonella Realty.

Ken co-founded VBI Real Estate in 2006 and has been involved in all of VBI Real Estate’s investments since inception. Prior to the formation of VBI Real Estate, Ken was a founding partner of Vision Brazil and was responsible for establishing the real estateprivate equity practice. At Vision Brazil, Ken was responsible for investment origination, transaction structuring, and portfolio management for investment funds with an AUM of U.S.$2 billion. Ken’s professional experience has included twenty years of investmentmanagement and M&A advisory work based in New York and São Paulo. Ken received a B.A. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Kim Azevedo served as Director of Investments & Development at Greystar Investment Group, a leading global real estate investment and development firm. Based in Brazil, she played a key role in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities across Latin American markets. With extensive experience in real estate development and capital markets, Azevedo specialized in multifamily residential projects and mixed-use developments. Her expertise included market analysis, due diligence, and strategic investment planning. During her time at Greystar, she contributed to the company’s expansion strategy in emerging markets, leveraging her deep understanding of regional dynamics and regulatory frameworks to drive successful investment outcomes and portfolio growth.

Marcela has 25+ years in real estate investments with international working experience, leading first-class global institutional investors’ portfolio in Latin America, mainly in Brazil. Marcela has been a board member of Aliansce Sonae Shopping Centers, Brazilian largest mall operator, for more than 5 years, as well as member of its ESG and Remuneration Committees. She is an active contributor to Brazilian real estate discussion forums and strong advocate for women in the industry. Previously, Marcela was Managing Director Latin America for the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), where she managed a diversified real estate portfolio and stablished partnerships with best-in-class local and international operating partners.

Professional experience over 16 years in real estate development and management of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. Responsible for overseen all development and asset management activities as well as for the identification of new business opportunities.

Fábio Tadeu Araújo has Master’s degrees in Urban Management at PUC-PR and in Organization and Development at FAE Business School, MBA in Project Management at IBMEC-RJ, with a postgraduate in Business Economics and International Business. Fábio won the Paraná Award of Economy in 2002, by CORECON-PR. He is a consultant for the IDB - Inter-American Development Bank - for housing issues in Latin America; Director of Market Research at ADEMI-PR; a post-graduate professor in Economics and Market Research; and a senior partner at BRAIN, where he has coordinated Market studies in over 800 brazilian cities.
