Pedro has a large experience in the real estate market in Portugal, through companies like EPUL - Empresa Pública de Urbanização de Lisboa (state owned company), Level Constellation (Chinese real estate fund) and Habitat Invest (top 5 real estate developers in Portugal). Pedro is Vice-President of APPII (Real estate investors and developers Portuguese Association).

With over 30 years in general management, his experience spans Banking, Telecommunications, Real Estate, and Private Equity, including CEO roles at Portugal Telecom, VIVO, and Dun & Bradstreet Corporation (USA), having managed companies in over 20 countries. Notably, he previously headed Residential Real Estate Finance at Banco BPI, where he successfully managed and grew financing for residential projects.
