Josh Graham is a partner in Wipfli’s construction and real estate tax practice. He is the tax leader of the Chicago CRE practice and also is a leader on the firm’s opportunity zone team. Josh has helped several clients structure funds and navigate through the opportunity zone rules. He has spent the majority of his career focusing on the taxation of flow-through entities and also has significant corporate, multistate, and international tax experience. Josh has extensive experience in complex tax transactions and is extremely knowledgeable about the ever-changing tax laws.

Elliot’s primary function is the creation of fund structures to implement strategies set by the executive committee. Elliot holds a J.D. from The Columbia University School of Law and is a licensed Attorney in the State of New York. He also holds FINRA license 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99. He has been lead attorney in structuring numerous tax advantaged real estate transactions for over 40 years.

Jill Homan is President of Javelin 19 Investments, a Washington, DC-based real estate investment, development, and advisory firm and a leader in the new Opportunity Zone (“OZ”) area. Ms. Homan has more than fifteen years’ experience in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, asset management and leasing totaling almost $500 million in total capitalization. Ms. Homan previously worked as vice president for Perseus Realty, where she was responsible for acquisitions, underwriting, assisting in the capitalization of ongoing projects, and managing due diligence processes. Additionally, Ms. Homan assisted in the formation and structure of a discretionary GP investment partnership and managed its investor relations.

Sean is a Partner and Co-Founder of Jackson Dearborn Partners. His primary areas of focus in The Student Housing sector include fundraising, investor relations, and marketing. Sean has over 20 years of experience including the last 16 as a real estate broker and principal participating in well over $1 billion in real estate transactions. Sean started his real estate career with Marcus & Millichap in 2003, eventually founding his own brokerage company, Triad Real Estate Partners, in 2010. Moving to the principal side, Sean went on to found JDP where he utilizes creative marketing and an extensive network to build a portfolio of real estate and relationships within the Student Housing space across The United States.

Stephanie Copeland is a Partner at Four Points Funding, a real estate investment and development firm, where she leads portfolio development, encompassing project and capital sourcing, and manages overall firm performance and investor commitments. With over 30 years of senior operating experience, she played a pivotal role in designating Colorado's Opportunity Zones during her tenure as Executive Director for the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade. Her extensive background includes serving as President of Zayo Group, a communications infrastructure services firm, and Chief Operating Officer at WildBlue. Copeland's expertise spans real estate, operations, and technology, contributing to hundreds of real estate transactions in Colorado. She holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois.
