Estima-se que mais de 700 mil imóveis e alguns bilhões de reais podem entrar para os cofres do Governo Federal em um grande trabalho de desestabilização e venda imobiliária destes ativos que hoje estão sob gestão da Secretaria de Patrimônio da União.
Em conversas com o secretário Fernando Bispo, os membros do GRI Club já discutiram em 2019 a respeito de oportunidades que tais imóveis trariam a diversos investidores do mercado imobiliário.
Recentemente, após aprovação da MP 915/2019, o grupo se reunirá novamente para discutir sobre as atualizações que a Secretaria de Patrimônio da União tem feito assim como novas oportunidades que surgem com a MP.
