The hospitality sector plays a vital role in the Central American and Caribbean economies. According to SITCA, during 2018 the region generated around US$ 20.5 billion in tourism alone. There are many opportunities to be unleashed, nevertheless with various challenges to overcome. This eMeeting will focus on how the hospitality real estate sector can work together to detonate new destinations in the region, and with it the development of other segments such as residential and retail. All with the goal of bolstering local economies alongside regional governments.
