Alessio Lucentini joined EQT Partners in September 2019. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Alessio was Country Team Head and Managing Director of AXA Real Estate Investment Managers in Italy. Alessio was responsible for managing the Italian office and investments in the Italian market, increasing the portfolio and covering all asset classes, Prior to that Alessio held asset management and financial analyst positions at AIG/Lincoln and American JV, developing multi-classes real-estate projects. Alessio started his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield in the valuation team, analysing single assets and portfolios in all Italian territory. Alessio holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome, Italy.

Alistair Calvert is CEO of Clarion Partners Europe, which was originally ThreadGreen Europe and then Gramercy Europe. He established the business in 2006, launching its first fund in 2007, with notable transactions of more than €2.2 billion of logistics and light industrial property. Alistair is a member of the Clarion Partners Europe Investment Committee. He became part of Clarion Partners in 2019 via Clarion’s acquisition of Gramercy Europe. Alistair began working in the real estate logistics sector in 2000.

Andy has over 20 years of international experience with an exceptional track record of growth, business development and leading strategic change across multiple sectors. He joins Colliers from CBRE where he was MD EMEA - Property & Asset Management; prior to that he worked for big brands including RAC plc, Diageo plc, and Adidas AG. Andy will focus on driving the continued growth and success of the firm’s REMS division; improving client experience, developing relationships and optimising its EMEA service delivery model.

Ashok Balabhaskarane is responsible for WOJO's development activities in France and Europe. Ashok began his career within JLL’s Consulting & Transaction Management team in 2007 where he advised local and multi-national clients, in the development and implementation of real estate strategies. He then joined AXA IM in 2015 as Leasing Manager where he designed and marketed innovative workspaces.

Distinguished entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in real estate, Christo is the Founder and Chairman of AG Capital, a prominent residential and commercial property investor, and asset manager in Central and Eastern Europe. Under Christo's leadership, AG Capital has earned a reputation as a trusted and innovative multi-asset class real estate investment and management group of companies with AUM of EUR 750M. In addition to his role at AG Capital, Christo actively contributes to the professional community as a member of reputable organizations, including the YPO and the Harvard Business School Alumni network.

Prior to joining Mohari, Fabio ran Bain Capital Special Situations and Real Estate division in Europe – a $20bn AuM business that he built since joining the firm in 2013. Further, as part of the senior leadership, his responsibilities covered the US, EMEA, and Asia, with a focus on activities such as Commercial Real Estate, ABS, Illiquid Credit, Special Situations and Principal Distressed. Prior to Bain Capital, Fabio was a Principal in the European Principal Finance Fund at Apollo, where he played a pivotal role in identifying and executing high-impact investment opportunities. Fabio began his career in the Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs. Fabio holds a M.Eng. from the University of Cambridge and the MIT.

Florian Schaefer is a Senior Managing Director at Northwood and is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate equity and debt opportunities in Europe. Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Mr. Schaefer served as a Managing Director at the Blackstone Real Estate Group. During his 14 year career at Blackstone, Mr. Schaefer was based in London and Hong Kong and was involved in over $10 billion of real estate acquisitions, disposals and financings across all property types in Europe and Asia. He has been involved in the Blackstone Real Estate Group’s international expansion and most recently played a key role in leading Blackstone Real Estate’s core plus business in Asia. Mr. Schaefer received an MBA from the EBS University;

Grzegorz is partner at the Real Estate & Construction practice of Wolf Theiss Warsaw. He acted as the lead lawyer in some of the top real estate transactions in Poland in recent years, with a particular focus on complex, multi-national and domestic portfolio deals, which are his professional passion. Some examples include: the sale of a 25-warehouse portfolio to an international investor or a last mile logistics portfolio valued over EUR 100 million. Grzegorz also advises clients within single asset/share deals, including forward sale transactions, which involve strong elements of real estate development advisory between the sale and completion.

Joanne McNamara is Executive Vice President – Europe of Oxford Properties, a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder. In this role, Jo is responsible for all aspects of Oxford’s business across Europe. Jo is a member of Oxford’s global Executive and Investment Committees, and also a member of OMERS Portfolio Management Committee and OMERS Europe Executive Leadership Team. Jo was one of Oxford’s first team members in London, joining the European investment team in 2010, and over the past decade has contributed to and led many of the organization’s most significant investment and development transactions. Jo was most recently responsible for the operating performance of Oxford’s European business and leadership of the 40+ person European team.

Kevin is Co-Head of ICGRE, managing responsibility for Sale & Leaseback, Development Finance & Private Equity strategies. Kevin previously held responsibility for the Partnership Capital investment strategy. He is a Member of the ICGRE IC, AM IC & ICG Management Committee. In 2006 Kevin co-founded Longbow Real Estate Capital, a real estate private capital business, which was acquired by ICG in 2011. Prior to joining ICG, Kevin was a Managing Director at GMAC & lead the market entry and expansion of GMAC’s U.K. real estate debt business (2002-2006). Prior to joining GMAC, Kevin was a Founder Member of the Structured Property Finance business for Halifax from 1998-2002. Kevin began his career as a trainee corporate banker at Barclays.

Leo Civelli is Managing Director of KROLL Transaction Services. He has over 20 years’ experience in overall management of real estate operations. He's member of various national and international appraisal organizations and FRics.

Martin is the Founding Partner of Ergo Real Estate which was established in 2018. Prior to that he was President & COO of Brookfield Property Partners’ European Office Division and joined the Company in 2011. From 2008 to 2011 he was a Managing Direct at Hammerson plc and also held senior positions with property companies Howard Holdings, Taylor Woodrow Property Co. and Delancey.

Managing Partner at Griffin Capital Partners. Nebil Senman held leading positions for nine years as Senior Vice President and Supervisory Board Member of Oaktree’s German and Polish real estate funds and operations worth several billion Euro. Before joining Oaktree, he spent eight years handling real estate and corporate consulting at Ernst & Young Real Estate (formerly Arthur Andersen), where he held various managerial positions. He is a graduate of universities in Berlin (TU Berlin, EBS), Paris (ESCP Europe) and London (LSE) and holds an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in real estate management (EBS), and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, MRICS.

Paola Ricciardi is the country managing director and chairman of the Board at Kroll Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG) based in Italy. In addition to supervising the primary main service lines (Advisory, REAG4loans, Technical Services, Transaction Advisory and Debt Advisory Services), Paola also coordinates business operations in Italy. Previously, as European Coordinating Manager, she was responsible for supervising pan-European projects and cross-border projects with the U.S. Paola regularly takes part as a speaker at real estate events and conferences and collaborates with prestigious Italian universities. In 2006 she helped to found Real Estate Ladies Italian Association (AREL).

Peter is a Chartered Surveyor and a senior international real estate professional with significant experience throughout the UK and Continental Europe. His experience includes business development, strategic planning, client management, deal structuring and transacting. He began his career undertaking office leasing and tenant representation primarily in the South East of the UK before progressing to becoming Head of UK Office Agency. In 2007 he stepped into a more international role leading, coordinating and transacting office deals for both landlords and occupiers across much of Continental Europe. Peter's international experience also includes periods spent living and working in both Spain and Italy.

Simon Allenby is the Managing Director, Head of Asset Management - Europe at Clarion Gramercy, based in Berlin. Appointed to this role in August 2016, he is instrumental in managing the company's European logistics and industrial asset portfolio. His responsibilities include maximizing asset performance, overseeing active capital programs, and leading leasing and tenant relations to drive value. Allenby's extensive background includes senior asset management roles at CR Investment Management GmbH and Priam Asset Management GmbH, bringing significant expertise to his current position.
