As Partner and Head of the Corporate Finance business line in CEE, Dorota provides advice on customers’ financial needs, including debt and mezzanine financing, capital raising and gaining joint venture partners, as well as offering support in M&A and IPO transactions. Before joining Colliers International, Dorota spent 11 years as Senior Partner at Griffin Real Estate, where she was responsible for the group’s management and investments, and also for the first mezzanine fund operating in Poland. Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra is a graduated of SGH Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Cologne and the University of Duisburg-Essen.

As Head of Divestments at Skanska’s commercial development unit in CEE, Adrian is responsible for sourcing buyers and conducting transaction processes in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. While working at Skanska, Adrian has divested over 40 office buildings totaling almost EUR 2 bn. He has also expanded Skanska’s clients portfolio by 15 new buyers. Moreover, Adrian was involved in the sales process of Skanska’s asset in London and Helsinki. Adrian started his professional career in 1997 at Gerald Eve International. He went on to work for Knight Frank and GE Capital Golub Real Estate. Prior to joining Skanska in 2013, he worked for Echo Investment as the director responsible for the company’s asset divestments. Adrian is also coordinating the Skanska cross-border transaction team (CEE, US, and Nordics).

Dan Bucsa serves as Chief CEE Economist at UniCredit, based in London. Appointed to this role in November 2017, he is responsible for leading UniCredit's macroeconomic research for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. He joined UniCredit in 2012, previously holding positions as Lead CEE Economist in London and Chief Economist at UniCredit Bank Romania. Before his tenure in the private sector, Bucsa lectured at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and contributed to macroeconomic modeling and forecasting at the National Bank of Romania, including developing its inflation targeting framework. He holds a PhD in Macroeconomics and an MSc in Finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

Eric has over 22 years of experience in the real estate sector, principally as a developer and investor. He is a US national and spent the majority of the last 15 years in Europe, initially investing in Belgium, Germany, and the Slovak Republic. Eric has completed over €1 billion of real estate transactions throughout US and Europe. In 2002, he launched and built Bifrost Investment Group (predecessor to Revetas Capital) into a leading CEE investment and asset manager. Since 2009, he has actively developed a platform to restructure and recapitalise distressed real estate in CEE, leading to the formation of Revetas Capital. Since then, Eric successfully restructured and recapitalised over €600 million worth of real estate assets in the region

Matthias is responsible for the international acquisitions and sales of Warburg-HIH. He has been with the group since January 2009 and has almost 20 years of real estate experience. He holds real estate degrees from BBA, ebs and NYU.

Piotr joined Savills IM in 2017 with the opening of the Warsaw office. Under Piotr’s supervision, the Polish business of Savills IM grew to €1.8 bn AUM and 9 professionals in less than five years, establishing Savills IM as one of the leading investment managers in the country. Besides managing operations of the Polish office, Piotr Trzciński is responsible for the execution of investment strategies of real estate funds managed by Savills Investment Management as well as business development and risk management. Piotr is also a member of Savills IM European Investment and ESG Committees. Piotr has 19 years of experience gained in international investment firms across almost 2.5 bn EUR AuM and 0.9bn in transactions.

Tomas Picha serves as Senior Director of Transactions for Central & Eastern Europe at Invesco Real Estate, where he leads strategic investment activities across the region. Based in the Czech Republic, he brings extensive expertise in commercial real estate transactions, market analysis, and regional investment strategies. His role encompasses identifying and executing investment opportunities, managing complex transactions, and developing market insights for CEE markets. Picha's deep understanding of Central and Eastern European real estate dynamics and his strategic approach to transaction management make him a key figure in Invesco's regional expansion and investment strategy.
