The COVID-19 crisis accelerated the need for significant changes in the real estate industry. This pandemic forced everyone to rethink their strategies and brave the unseen. Vinamra Srivastava was the Chief Executive Officer, India Business Parks for Capitaland. Vinamra oversees investments, development, operations, asset management and strategic planning for the business parks in India, and leads the expansion and enhancement of the Group’s portfolio of assets in the country. He was previously based in Singapore heading Group Corporate Strategy & Development. He contributed to the successful Ascendas-Singbridge post-merger integration process and played a key leadership role to develop the India strategy.

Neel Raheja began his odyssey with the family empire at the young age of 18. With a strong background in finance, Neel over the last 17 years, has piloted the diversification of the Group’s business from real estate development to retail and hospitality. He has been instrumental in setting up premium hotels in the country e.g The Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre, J W Marriott Hotel Juhu & Sahar, Whitefield Marriott, Bengaluru & Westin, Hyderabad. Neel also established the K Raheja Corp’s retail brands Shoppers Stop, Inorbit Mall, Crossword & HyperCity. Perceiving the need for intelligent work spaces, he then brought to life ‘Mindspace’ IT Parks across India currently present in Malad, Mumbai, HITEC City, Hyderabad & Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Ms. Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of Champion Real Estate Investment Trust, overseeing its strategic development as well as asset management and enhancement. She also spearheads the team to seek for growth opportunities, formulate acquisition and investment strategies and monitor the capital structure of the Trust, including the planning and overseeing of capital raising activities from the market. Ms. Wong has almost 20 years’ experience in local and overseas financial industry. Prior to joining the Trust, she worked at Citigroup and J.P. Morgan's investment banking division. She was honoured with the title of Best CEO by FinanceAsia in 2020 and is the Chairperson of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association Hong Kong chapter.
