About Valcap Group

 The Valcap Group, founded in 2011, creates value in multifamily housing by provided quality workforce housing in the United States with an emphasis in Texas. Assets are purchased for two reasons. The first is to create long term value and returns and the second is to add value through improved management and renovation. Over the years we have grown a small portfolio of investment assets to a larger portfolio of over 7000 apartment units. Our goal is to serve the hourly wage earner.
