Spencer House Partners LLP (“SHP”) was established in London in 2006. Its purpose is to provide merchant banking services in the financial services industry with a particular focus on asset and wealth management businesses, whether through offering strategic advice to firms, their shareholders and those interested in investing in the industry, or arranging equity investments in businesses we believe to be attractive.
