About KLEY - The Boost Society
Founded in 2014 by Oaktree Capital Management and taken over by Axa Investment Managers Real Assets in 2019, Kley provides much more than student residences. Our three areas of expertise and experience are as investors, operators and owners. As a preferred partner of property companies, local authorities, universities and schools, we design our residences to be places for stimulating, connected and collaborative living.
