About the Awards
The GRI Awards India 2026 was created to recognize real estate market leaders who not only shine throughout the year, but go beyond excellence. It is a GRI award that seeks to celebrate and honour developers, investors and key players in the real estate expansion in India. Iconic projects are awarded, both in construction, architecture and design. Outstanding teamwork and leadership with a positive impact on ESG values are honoured.
The finalists and winners in each category represent quality, transformation and innovation for a better country. Following an open and meticulously supervised voting process to ensure the accuracy and fairness of results, the awards ceremony will be held at the exclusive GRI India Awards VIP dinner.
