Biography
Professional with more than 15 years of experience in the retail and real estate markets, he has worked across different asset classes, including shopping centers, logistics warehouses, urban income-generating assets, and residential developments. At Patria Investments, he serves as Senior VP and Head of Asset Management, leading the strategic management of a diversified real estate portfolio with approximately 200 assets. He is responsible for value creation initiatives, governance, financial performance, as well as asset repositioning and optimization strategies. Prior to joining Patria Investments, he held positions at brMalls and VBI Real Estate, focusing on asset management, business development, operations, and commercial expansion. He holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Corporate Finance.
