Biography
senior executive, lawyer, economist and urban planner with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. In late 2024, I founded Naiz Homes, a residential development platform focused on long-term value creation, urban integration and architectural quality across key Spanish markets including Madrid, San Sebastián, Málaga, Bilbao and Barcelona. Since its founding, Naiz Homes has committed over €200 million to residential developments, with a pipeline exceeding 1,000 homes under development or planning. Our current strategic plan targets approximately €600 million in residential investment over the next three years, supported by partnerships with institutional investors, private capital and public-private collaborations.
